2012 Bersano Barbaresco Mantico
Bersano Barbaresco Mantico is made 100% from the Nebbiolo grape on hillsides along the Tanaro river. The wines are vinified in stainless steel and then rest 1 year in Slavonian oak. The Barbaresco is characterized by notes of Morello cherry, cocoa and violet with an intense finish and elegant tannins. Barsano estate has been making wine since 1935 and today is managed by the family’s second generation.

2012 Faiveley Bourgogne Pinot Noir
This is a classic Red Burgundy coming from vineyards in Cote de Nuits, Cote de Beaune and Cote Chalonnaise. It was vinified and aged for 14 months before release to give fresh red fruit aromas and flavors as well as fine structure and rounded tannins. Domaine Faiveley began producing wines in 1825 and today the family is one of the largest holders of estate vineyards in the Burgundy region.

2014 Fontanafredda Gavi di Gavi
Fontanafredda was the original estate purchased by the first king of Italy to produce wine for his personal use. Today it is the single largest contiguous estate in Piedmont with over 305 acres of land. The Gavi di Gavi is made 100% from the Cortese grape in vineyards outlying the town of Gavi. This wine was fermented in 85% stainless steel and 15% barriques to give a rounded but refreshing palate with apple, almond, and lemon characteristics.
